I received excellent service recently when I had to bring my car in for fault diagnosis , service and repair. John was very courteous and made the arrangements for repair and provided me with a loaner vehicl my car in for fault diagnosis , service and repair. I was shown one vehicle test drove and took home to make sure that vehicle would be the perfect one for my 15 yr old daughter. We looked at other vehicles while driving the X3 and fell in love. We said the sure that vehicle would be the perfect one for my 15 yr old daughter. We looked at other vehicles while driving the X3 and fell in love. We said the car was perfect and wanted that exact same vehicle and options but in black ,boy were we were in luck they said, one just got off the truck still wrapped in plastic and everything unable to look at the vehicle or drive the x3 due to being in transfer mode. Came back to sign papers on it and it was being detailed so was told we could sign and then see the vehicle. Signed papers, due to it being closing time and really really cold and windy outside had to schedule a time to come back to go over vehicle. We were not taking the vehicle due to the fact they were getting the wheels powder coated and windows tinted so the vehicle stayed there. We did set up cell phone for my daughter to the vehicle, went over the ambient lighting and did do a demo of the upgraded sound system. On the way home we realized it was missing some of the features we specifically asked for and was told it had. Called manager and was told he would make it right due to the salesman should have gone over the car with us and taken us on a test drive prior to signing. The solution the manager gave us was to sell it back for an amount less than we paid and buy another vehicle. Which after all that was said and done would have cost us $11,000 more or can give us $3000 back. I said I just really would like the vehicle with the main features we wanted. Not sure how that falls in the category of “will make it right for you.” Will never buy again or recommend this dealership to anyone. Salesman even agreed that we expressed exactly what we wanted on the vehicle. Stick to Baron BMW. I called the manager three times on 12-19 stalker style finally got through was supposed to call me back , called back again at 4pm Justin busy. Called back again today 12-20 again Justin busy. They have time to work hard for your business to sell you a car but the minute you have a problem new number who this. More

There aren’t enough superlatives to describe him. Additionally,, despite being a dealership, the entire staff made me feel at home. Everyone was so kind, attentive and pleasant. They went out of their way to make sure that I had a fantastic experience at Hendricks. I’ll definitely return for any future issues with my vehicle and if I buy a new vehicle, I won’t look any further than Hendricks! More
