When I finally decided to trade in my old X5, I went in olanning to get something in a different line, there was no pressure in any way, Sean showed me exactly what I asked for and nothing extra or more expensive. I felt in complete control of the whole process. 14/15 people working that day were super friendly, welcoming and smiling not only to me but even my rambunctious 5 year old. In the end I walked out with another X5, no regrets, and a couple of happy kids. More
