Easy Car Buying Experience We came to the dealership to look at a particular car we had seen online. Our salesman was quick to get us in the car to test drive and was friendly. We came to the dealership to look at a particular car we had seen online. Our salesman was quick to get us in the car to test drive and was friendly. We decided to make an offer on it, and that process was also quick and hassle free. We did a few negotiations back and forth and settled on something both parties were happy with. Once it came to signing, the process was also quick, as everything is now done electronically. I was happy with how quickly the process went, and it was stress free. The only thing I wished for, improvement wise, was more knowledge of the actual car. However, we did buy an Audi at a BMW dealership, so that wasn’t their speciality. I just wish they could explain the features of the car better, and how to operate the features. More

Very nice dealership I went in to check out a 5 series. Rod was my client advisor. Went out with me for the test drive and was very patient in answering all my questions a I went in to check out a 5 series. Rod was my client advisor. Went out with me for the test drive and was very patient in answering all my questions after we came back. He also took me around the dealership. I traded in my Audi and they were very fair and willing to work with me. I purchased the 535 and really pleased with it. I saw a small chip on the windshield after I got home and called back 48 hrs later. They were more than willing to take care of it. Overall, very nice dealership, no pressure to sell, all around nice staff and Rod was simple amazing to work with. More
