This was my first visit to BMW of South Kansas City, and they took excellent care of me. Clinton Wong is an absolute rock star at customer service. While I was at the dealership, I looked at new cars with Sterling Williams. Like Clinton, Sterling was very courteous, attentive and friendly. I bought my last BMW at the other dealership in KC; without question my next one will come from BMW of South Kansas City. More
We live in Des Moines and drove down to Kansas City last weekend to look at a number of CPO vehicles available at dealerships. We stopped in at the BMW KC dealership and were greeted by friendly and attent weekend to look at a number of CPO vehicles available at dealerships. We stopped in at the BMW KC dealership and were greeted by friendly and attentive staff. They were all very professional, courteous and customer-oriented. Kevin Bednar was our sales associate and worked with us to find the right CPO 5-Series sedan that met our needs. However, we finished our negotiations (love the EDLP pricing made it painless) and agreed to purchase the vehicle at closing time. The entire staff, from the Finance Associate, Michael, to the prep attendants to Kevin stayed late and finished our paperwork. They gave up dinners with their wives in order to service our needs. At the end of the night, Kevin spent even more time with us showing the car's features and functionality. We are VERY SATISFIED with their patience and customer-orientation. I would highly recommend BMW of Kansas City for your next new or used vehicle. More

We had visited a different BMW dealership prior to our visit here, and let’s just say BMW of Kansas City South blew them out of the water! When we arrived we got a very welcoming greeting from the General visit here, and let’s just say BMW of Kansas City South blew them out of the water! When we arrived we got a very welcoming greeting from the General Manager who directed us to Sterling. Sterling and Giuseppe made the whole experience for us. They were funny, genuine, knowledgeable, and great at finding us a vehicle that we loved. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. The team’s dedication to its customers are unmatched. They have made us loyal customers for years to come. More

Professional, informative and detail oriented. Bought 2020 X3 at Barron BMW. Will have all future service and needs performed at BMW KC South. Need to fix their payment system or find a way to reverse charging a customer twice. Never use their online payment system, it might have been out of the control of the person assisting me but I had to pay f charging a customer twice. I enjoyed 99% of my experience. The only issue came with communication between the sales person and finance. I had been pre-approved through a local credit union of which I made them aware - they heard a di communication between the sales person and finance. Brought my car in for service. Always treated well. East to book online. Loaner waiting. Had to order a part so I had to bring the car back once the part came it (my choice because I had to go out o East to book online. Loaner waiting. I walked in thinking I was only looking. Visa was great in sales. Never pushy but very confident in BMW and a great representative of BMW.
