As for Matt Bayer, he was quick to get back to me when there was a billing issue and he made sure to reach out and resolve the problem in a very professional manner. My negative review was not targeted to either of these individuals, rather another person who overcharged me and made a billing error. Upon examining my bill, I questioned the price (I knew I was charged too much). He simply stated that he did not make any billing errors and that they are “charging by the book price and labor time”. I had to go to upper management to resolve this error, but the service manager got back to me a few hours later and solved this issue. More
