My prior two experiences started with the other dealer in KC that offer poor customer service and high prices, that dealer drove me outside the local area to purchase vehicles. BMW of KC South is how a BMW dealership should be operated. I dealt with Mr. Edquist and Mr. Murry during my purchase and could not have been more pleased with the customer service and responsiveness to my emails and texts. During this time of COVID, we arranged for the vehicle to be delivered and I was able to complete my purchase without ever having personal contact with anyone. I would highly recommended this BMW dealership. Make sure you ask for Mr. Edquist or Mr. Murry. More
