Clinton took great care of me and my BMW! I’ve had this same issue and Baron just keeps refusing to fix it because they can’t replicate it once it’s on the lift (even though it’s loud and obvious when driv same issue and Baron just keeps refusing to fix it because they can’t replicate it once it’s on the lift (even though it’s loud and obvious when driving). BMW of KC South is how a BMW dealership should be operated. I dealt with Mr. Edquist and Mr. Murry during my purchase and could not have been more pleased with the customer service and responsiveness to my emails and texts. During this time of COVID, we arranged for the vehicle to be delivered and I was able to complete my purchase without ever having personal contact with anyone.
