Alexander again was able to accommodate me in getting my new X3 scheduled for exterior/interior detail. I was not able to bring the vehicle to the service department but instead Kobe was sent to pick up the new X3 scheduled for exterior/interior detail. I was not able to bring the vehicle to the service department but instead Kobe was sent to pick up the car and I was left with a loaner. Alexander made it worth my while with a different BMW while I waited until mine returned. These guys really know how to provide excellent customer service! More
Zarrar was great, otherwise it was not the best experience I bought a 2017 BMW 5 series via the internet and I must say it was not the best experience ever. The car is mechanically sound, but the car was not detailed as I would have expected it to be for a car of this price. There is clear paint over spray on the roof of the car, something that a trip to the detail shop would have been able to easily compound out. I know this because the local BMW body shop told me that it was easy to remove. I felt like I got the run around about the purchase of the car and I, the customer, had to constantly check on the progress of things, to include the transportation of the vehicle and delivery. Then the vehicle shows up with no temp tags. I’ve bought many cars in my life, but never had so little attention to detail by the salesperson on a vehicle. You would think that sales were a valued thing during the COVID 19 quarantine, but apparently not at BMW Kansas City. The financial person, Zarrar has been terrific responding to my needs for temp tags as they have expired due in part to the slowness of the titling department and the COVID 19 pandemic. I am not used to paying a late fee to register a car because the paperwork didn’t reach the state on time. Overall, I expected more from this dealership. O More

Stuart Williams helped me find just the right car for me. I had an excellent experience thanks to my sales person, STUART WILLIAMS and the young man that was shadowing him. They were both very professional an I had an excellent experience thanks to my sales person, STUART WILLIAMS and the young man that was shadowing him. They were both very professional and knowledgeable of the cars on the lot. Stuart was responsive to my needs and showed and explained to me the type of BMW that would fit those needs. The car I traded in has always been serviced by Kansas City South dealership and CLINTON WONG has been my service contact. He is a kind, caring person and a true professional. I always feel confident I will receive honest and great service every time I have had to bring my car in for service. He even came over and spoke with me as I was finishing up the purchase of my new car. More

Error light because I took car to a discount oil change place. Matt got me in during a busy time and only charged me for the part for MY mistake. Excellent service team and customer service.
