Simple annual checkup and inspection of my i4 took 2 1/2 hours when it should have taken at most an hour. They only replaced the brake fluid, changed the cabin filter, and replaced the battery in my key as hours when it should have taken at most an hour. Had I wanted the free car wash they offered, I would have been there for another hour. Service rep was aloof and visibly miffed when I opted to not have the car aligned (I had just paid a local BMW mechanic for an alignment two months before). Not impressed, guys. More

The West Sahara Tesla sales team was horrible necessitating that I look elsewhere for a vehicle. Historically I've always had BMWs so I decided to look at the electric I4. From the time I walked into the dealership everyone was friendly and helpful. My sales rep Juliana was helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt in answering any questions or concerns I had. I received emails and follow up calls from both the sales manager and the general manager. They worked with another dealership to ship in the car I wanted and kept me informed during the week it took for the car to come in. In two visits I walked out with my beautiful new car. I would highly recommend this dealership for your next car. More
