My service advisor, Dave Leslie, and the entire service team were professional, friendly, and genuinely caring from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the problem, kept me informed throughout the repair, covered my rideshare expenses while I stayed an extra night, and had my car repaired, washed, and ready exactly as promised. I have been driving BMWs for decades and have worked with several BMW dealerships over the years, but this was by far the best service experience I have ever had. Dave even took the time to answer my questions after I had already left the dealership, which says a lot about his commitment to his customers.
