My service advisor, Dave Leslie, and the entire service team were professional, friendly, and genuinely caring from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the problem, kept me informed throughout the repair, covered my rideshare expenses while I stayed an extra night, and had my car repaired, washed, and ready exactly as promised. I have been driving BMWs for decades and have worked with several BMW dealerships over the years, but this was by far the best service experience I have ever had. Dave even took the time to answer my questions after I had already left the dealership, which says a lot about his commitment to his customers. Service was performed in timely manner, my appointment was easy to make. But never received a 27 point inspection of my vehicle. Also felt that a hour wait for exterior car was is excessive. So had to dec was easy to make. But never received a 27 point inspection of my vehicle. Also felt that a hour wait for exterior car was is excessive. So had to decline the wash after my service. Didn’t feel like I received proper customer service. Maybe next time I need service I’ll try a different service advisor. I’ve been using Henderson BMW in the past but thought I give Las Vegas BMW a chance to win my future service needs. More
