I recently purchased/Traded-in my 2023 Audi Etron to a used 2026 BMW IX drive45 from a car dealer BMW OF LAS VEGAS ON SAHARA, but the experience has been frustrating. On April 18, 2026, I was informed b used 2026 BMW IX drive45 from a car dealer BMW OF LAS VEGAS ON SAHARA, but the experience has been frustrating. On April 18, 2026, I was informed by a salesman EDUARDO and other Filipino salesman who helped him during the transaction and the Finance Manager TONY TOSCANO that I had been approved for financing through BMW Finance Company at a 4.99% APR for 60 months. I signed the contract, took the car home, and thought everything was settled. However, six days later, the manager ERIC ZIEGENBEIN called me with some disturbing news: he said that BMW Finance wouldn't approve my loan at the agreed-upon APR. Instead, they're now offering me a 6.99% APR for 60 months and want me to comeback and re-sign the contract. I'm baffled by this turn of events, especially considering my excellent credit score of over 800 and Excellent finances. The car dealer Manager is even CONSTANTLY HARRASSING ME OVER THE PHONE and threatening me to take the car back if I don't agree to the new APR. I asked the BMW manager, Eric Ziegenbein, to provide me with the bank's denial letter and communicate with me by EMAIL, because hes been calling Harrassing me constantly while im at work. But he “REFUSED” to communicate with me by email citing privacy concerns. His response to my inquiry about the reason for the denial was equally unhelpful, stating that he didn't know either the reason for bank denial . It appears that they're trying to scam me into accepting a higher APR. I hope that Darcy Spears from Channel 13 news can help me expose this issue. This Car Dealer is very DISHONEST!! Please Share! More

I’ve been a BMW customer for about 4 years now, and the service is always solid. My service advisor, Kekoa, is great, super helpful, easy to work with, and always keeps me in the loop. I accidentally left my wallet in a loaner, and they were amazing, super professional, took their time, and found it. Seriously appreciated. I am very grateful.
