First time I ever had a had a bad experience with a dealership in Vegas, and this is my 3rd lease. Lease will be up soon, but I don't know if I'm going to do business with them again. I will be going dealership in Vegas, and this is my 3rd lease. Lease will be up soon, but I don't know if I'm going to do business with them again. I will be going there today to give them another chance, and see if they would be even slightly remorseful in tampering with my contract. I hope they can turn my bad experience around. We'll see.. Sarcastic GM - Don't waste your time They are quick to promise and slow to deliver. After completing a survey and providing a detailed explanation of the issues I had with the purchase I They are quick to promise and slow to deliver. After completing a survey and providing a detailed explanation of the issues I had with the purchase I received a very troubling call from the GM, Eric. Instead of starting the call by saying he understood why I wouldn't trust having the same guy repair the wheels a second time or addressing the actual reason for my review, he went straight into how he never gets bad reviews and he just can't understand why I would be so upset. If I remember correctly, I was told about his "D score" or whatever on 3 separate occasions. This was all said in a very sarcastic/joking and condescending voice, one of the worst I've experienced from a customer service representative. At one point I was completely silent as I listened to him take zero accountability for any of the issues I had. After patiently listening to how it was my fault and subsequently being asked if I was still there, I began to raise my voice as he dodged questions regarding the payoff issues. At one point he said "Technically I don't have to pay it off for 30 days". Correct Eric. I believe you technically have 30 days to pay off the loan. I'm not arguing that. What I'm upset about is the fact I made decision based off your employee telling me it would be paid off in the next couple days before any further payments were due. I am sorry Eric that as a consumer with no knowledge of the inner working of BMW that when traded in a BMW, financed by BMW, for a new BMW, financed again by BMW, it would stop the auto-payments on the car I traded in and that 12 days was enough time for this to occur. I even called BMW financial first, that's how ill-informed I was. It wasn't until 2 hours after I was told it was my deal from Joe with no follow up that I decided to submit the survey. Aside from having my money wrapped up for an undisclosed amount of time, "it will either be credited to your account or a check will show up here for you", I get to cover the interest on the original loan, because the Payment> Current Overage. I can only assume that "technically" you have no obligation to cover this difference. After being told to drop the explicit language, which I apologize for using, I realized the call was headed nowhere and it was best to end it. As the GM, who had no part of any of the transaction, I wouldn't have raised my voice with you had you treated with me the respect I was due instead of talking about your score and technicalities from the moment I picked up. Honestly, all I wanted to hear was you were sorry, understood my frustration and you would ensure your financing department began instructing people to turn auto pay off since your systems do not communicate and the payoff can take up to 30 days. That is what I meant when I wrote at the end of my survey for BMW Las Vegas to make it right. I didn't want any tangible goods or services. More

Even WITH an appointment, it took them OVER 6 HOURS to do this job that SHOULD have taken NO MORE than 1 hour!!! 3 days later, the "Service Engine" light came on. Apparently, it was linked with something NOT being "reset" when it was there 3 days earlier. She got an appointment for within 2 days. Again, this "fix" should have NOT taken over 30 minutes, even with a reasonable "wait" period. It has now been 4 hours later (after the appointment time), and she's STILL WAITING for the car to be done. This is RIDICULOUS. I would NEVER buy a car from this dealership OR have it serviced there!!! She NEVER will either ... again that is ... and she would NEVER drive clear down to Henderson for an alternate dealership!!! GRRRRRRRR BOO ... HUMBUG ... More

BMW Mistreats Female Business Owner Worst experience with a business and car dealership. I was disparaged and insulted by the Finance Representative, Michael. I was told that my family “ Worst experience with a business and car dealership. I was disparaged and insulted by the Finance Representative, Michael. I was told that my family “home was in an obscure area,” and was accused of being an illegitimate business/fraud risk, on January 11, 2019. I wasted nearly 4 hours completing paperwork, running my credit, paying for insurance on the vehicle, and then supplying my business’ documents, 2 physical and business addresses, I was still denied to purchase an Infiniti Q50. Michael said that he “didn’t feel comfortable giving me any of their cars.” I have a good credit score, no bankruptcies/liens, no criminal history, perfect driving record, in good financial standing, have owned my nationwide S-Corp staffing business for 6 years, earned an MBA, and have been featured in numerous publications. Evidence of who I am can be found! The GM, Eric, stated that Michael is entitled to his opinion on my home and BMW is not required by law to sell me a vehicle. Furthermore, the “issue,” was that I have post office addresses for my business, and have homes in 2 states. This mistreatment at BMW furthers the inferiority typecast that women (minority women) feel conducting business at car dealerships and mechanic shops. Had I been a man, would I have been talked over, and dismissed by Eric and Michael? This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, and BMW has completely scarred me. I have never felt so humiliated, demeaned and devalued. I applaud Randall, the Sales Rep, for his persistence. It’s unfortunate he lost a sale due to a co-worker’s egregious behavior. If Michael’s opinion of me, was that I was the N-word, is he is still “entitled to his opinion” allowed to express that at this establishment? What car dealership discriminates selling you a vehicle, based on your address? It is unfortunate this dealership has displayed bigoted conduct. More
