Documents promised to be Fed-X'd to DMV, won't return calls from finance or title clerk. Message left with GM (Erik), no return call. I have 3-1/2 hours into my inquiry so far. All I want to know is "if" the documents were in fact Fed-X'd yesterday as promised & "if so", what is the tracking # ? More

When I check my car, the front bumper was SCRATCHED. It was less than a year old 2017 BMW X6. Danielle Kerley said BMW Las Vegas will take care of it because it happened there. There were no apologies still. There was no ' Sorry' word. She offered me $300.00 to fix the front bumper...... she said she won't be work for BMW Las Vegas anymore from tomorrow. If I did not ask her she was not going to tell me. I felt like She did not think me as a client seriously BECAUSE I'M AN ASIAN WOMAN and AN INTERNATIONAL STUDENT. I wanted to talk to Service Advisor, Cal Granieri. He said, he will take care of it and if there is an additional cost, it will be covered. Confirmed by email also. He told me it was a quick job and so their BMW connected painter could handle. I DID NOT TRUST THEM and I did not want to spend more money on hotels. I told them that I will fix it when I back to my hometown and charge them with additional cost. CAL GRANIERI confirmed to do so and send $300.00 check first. When I went back my hometown. NO ONE ANSWERED MY CALL OR THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO ANSWER MY CALLS. I EMAILED THEM AND CALL THEM COUNTLESS TIMES. I asked CAL GRANIERI whether he will be working in BMW Las Vegas in future at least till 2018. He said Yes there is nothing to worry about that issue. He kept ignored my calls and emails and messages I left. Now he works at other dealership. New Service Advisor DO NOT REPLY EMAIL or ANSWER MY CALLS. How come they are not there every time I call? I had to pay around $650.00 to get it fix and I still have not received $300.00 check. They turn my BMW X6 2017 car into a rubbish. Treated my car like it is a nothing. Worst car buying experience This is probably the worst car dealership to deal with. Very inconsiderate and shady staff from GSM Daniel to sales person Randall to finance manager This is probably the worst car dealership to deal with. Very inconsiderate and shady staff from GSM Daniel to sales person Randall to finance manager Joe and Omar. About 4 weeks ago, my wife inquired about a car that had just been traded-in. After talking to sales person Randall few times and over the course of few days, we decided to put down a $1000 deposit as instructed by Randall and Joe, we completed all the paperwork. Finance manager Joe/Daniel FedEx the documents to sign and notarized since we couldn't be physically present at the dealership. About 4 days after we had put down a $1000 deposit, we got a call from a notary lady in Texas that she has received documents for us to review, sign and get notarized. We met with the lady within 30 mins and signed all the documents including bill of sale. Notary lady immediately FedEx documents back to the BMW of Las Vegas, so that they can ship the car. That evening, we received a call from ISM (Internet Sales Manager) Omar who asked how our experience has been and if we are excited about the car. The next day, we spoke with Randall who stated that car is getting detailed for it to be shipped and within 30 mins or so he will do a virtual walk/drive of a car. Few hours went by and we did not hear from him, so we decided to call Randall, but we could not get a hold off him. About 30 mins later, we receive a text message from Randall that read "It is such a big mess as the car has been sold to someone else and I have got my GM involved". This was the last time we spoke to Randall as he refused to reply to our text messages and return phone calls. We immediately called BMW of Las Vegas and spoke with GSM Daniel who said it was a mistake and there is nothing they can do except to offer a different car that has 45K more miles and way less options. Daniel asked to give him some time so he could find a resolution. It has been over 3 weeks and there has been no communication from neither Daniel nor from anyone from the dealership. Do yourself a favor, do not work with this dealership. They have F rating at BBB and numerous bad reviews. These guys have the audacity to keep our $1000 deposit and they act like they are doing us a favor by returning it. We already filed a complaint against this dealership with BMW corporate and BBB for sales practice. Please avoid at any cost. This dealership does not care about people who are buying Pre-Owned vehicle. More

Joe has been my adviser and my fathers for many years and has always been wonderful. Any time we've come he's been helpful and easy to work with. As for sales the guys have always been great. Danny, Erik, and Alessio make the car buying process easy. There was no "xxxxxxxx back and forth for several hour" nonsense you would get at other dealers. Once I'm done driving my car into the ground I'll be back for another. More
Very Bad service. They screwed up my car! Hello, I am writing to convey my extreme displeasure and dissatisfaction with your service center. I brought in my car a 2008 335I to your service Hello, I am writing to convey my extreme displeasure and dissatisfaction with your service center. I brought in my car a 2008 335I to your service center on 09/21/2017 due to a factory recall on my air bags. I called and made an appointment over the phone for the airbags, oil change, alignment and diagnose a DST light. When I got to the service center I was told that they couldn’t perform the DST light diagnosis because it wasn’t on the notes and they did not have the time to do it that day due to being a busy day and i’ll have to make another appointment for that service. I was very upset but decided to get the other services done because I took a day off work to get my car fixed and I didn’t want to waste my day off. When I picked up my car, i was told that the car was missing a strut support bolt and it was stripped. I was also advised to replace my front struts, knuckle, and rear right axel. when I picked up the car I noticed one of the strut support bolts was missing and stripped after the car went the shop. Also I had a bunch of metal shavings under the hood around the strut support/frame. There was drill holes on the strut support frame. The tech said they did not do it. however the car did not have those 3 issues before i took it in. I took pictures under the hood before it went in the shop an i had it power washed under the hood few days prior to it. I spoke to the service manager and they re-installed the strut support bold but they did not use the original screw. they used some other non BMW screw and i don't trust it's integrity. very unhappy with the whole experience and they did not make things right. Also, I did an alignment but now the car is much worst than when I took it in. I respectfully request ask BMW to resolve the issue of the strut support bolt and my alignment or give me my money back. I would like for BMW to re-install the correct strut support bold and re-do the alignment. More

Awful and terrible I have been waiting for the repair of my X3 on a recall on the Takata airbag since March 2016. I received a letter first week of August 2017 stating t I have been waiting for the repair of my X3 on a recall on the Takata airbag since March 2016. I received a letter first week of August 2017 stating that BMW has the parts now and we can bring the car in and repair will take just an hour and everything free of charge. So i called for appointment and lady at the service dept said they need to order the parts and will take 1 & 1/2 weeks. Appointment is then set for Aug 31 at 8:30am. Had endorsed the car to Dandre and according to him repair will only take about 1 & 1/2 hrs. At 3:15pm he left a voice message saying they run out of parts. After waiting for 1 & 1/2 years and take note another 1 & 1/2 weeks and another 7 hrs, all i got was, they need to order the parts. Is it frustrating? Is it disappointing? Then, Dandre said the parts will take a couple of days to order. Now just a couple of days??? He even promised that he will personally call me when he gets the parts. Damage has been done, trust and loyalty to BMW are now in question. What's next? Hoping for something better. More

I had it looked at and knew it needed Warning ... this review will be so good you will think I own this place . My BMW 2011 328i brake light was on .. I had it looked at and knew it needed rear brakes and a front sensor ... estimate was $ 850 with back rotors. I took it to Ronnie at 11 AM and he said they would finish by dinner. They installed pads and the sensor .. . Rotors fine !!! Total Under 500 !! Done as promised. Thanks Ronnie and dealership for a great job !! More
