I received absolutely unacceptable service from both Evan and Josh on 8/31 and 9/1/12. No Communication regarding my car, no effort made to provide me transportation when my car was in the shop for 2 days and Josh on 8/31 and 9/1/12. No Communication regarding my car, no effort made to provide me transportation when my car was in the shop for 2 days for a warranty repair, and absolutely abhorrent and unprofessional conduct while settling the service transaction. In addition, when my service was done my car was returned: dirty on the inside, scratched tint, torn leather, and a new sensor was busted (so now I have to go back). I can say with certainty that I now want to sell my BMW just so I never have to deal with these guys again. They are the only player in Las Vegas and they arent worth my time , or yours. More
