I have had an excellent experience working with Grayson Cox and the Staff at Desert BMW. I have worked with, trained and been a customer to many car salespeople and Grayson was by far one of the most profe Cox and the Staff at Desert BMW. I have worked with, trained and been a customer to many car salespeople and Grayson was by far one of the most professional, expeditious, and "do what it takes" salespeople I have ever worked with when buying a car. I expressed these thoughts to Larry in person as well, as well about appreciating my total experience between the Appraisal Dept, Finance Dept, & Sales Dept. Prior to visiting Desert BMW, I heard mixed reviews from individuals about their experiences there, all of which I took with a grain of salt. Perhaps they worked with a less tenured or attentive sales person and they obviously did not work with Larry and Grayson. My experience was Grade A+. I purchased the Cashmere Silver 128i Cabrio and already enjoy it very much. I have owned, worked on, refurbished & raced almost a dozen BMW's now (always keeping a handful in storage as well), including a 1969 "2002", 1974 "2002", 1988 3 Series Cabrio, 1992 3 Series Cabrio, 3 & 5 Series through the late 90's & early 2000's, the X5 4.6is, an M5, a 6 Series (old 80's model known as the "shark" & new 6's as well). Candidly, this 1 Series Bimmer may be my favorite of all of them so far. It's almost a blend of the power, agility, Cabrio, classic BMW look, etc. of all of my previous experiences with Bimmers. More

Josh Martinez did an excellent job of explaining the situation to me; he even went as far as to get the $50 dollar fee waived. Josh is an excellent representative of Desert BMW and conducts himself with the utmost professionalism. It would be a shame if he wasn’t recognized for his outstanding service. More

Desert BMW had excellent customer service! Every time I visit parts or service staff at Desert always makes me feel like home. The advisor “John Miles” Was very knowledgeable I had popped in a couple of t visit parts or service staff at Desert always makes me feel like home. Went to dealer to order a new 2010 X-5 35d and was steered to a 2007 X-5 CPO. Salesman promised to fix the dent in the car as part of the purchase agreement. When I took it back to be fixed, service t steered to a 2007 X-5 CPO. Salesman promised to fix the dent in the car as part of the purchase agreement. When I took it back to be fixed, service turned my car over to the salesman, who had a "paintless dent repair" contractor work on my car. It came back with a shoddy repair that a third rate body repair shop would have been ashamed to claim. After I called BMW hotline, the Desert service center took the car in to repair it correctly. Next, I was told that I would be receiving my title from NV DMV. After waiting for over eight weeks, with the dealership giving me the run around, I called the NV dept of code enforcement. I was told by the state employee that Desert was in violation of title code and asked if I wanted to file a complaint. I deferred until I could speak with Desert again. I called the sales manager, who transferred me to the office that processed titles for Desert Auto Group. I was told it was not corporate policy to give me my title! When I explained the process for filing a code violation complaint with state of Nevada, they managed to find my title and give it to me within a day. NEVER DEAL WITH DESERT BMW! SAVE TIME, MONEY AND STRESS BY GOING TO CALIFORNIA TO BUY YOUR BMW! More
I leased a car from them with perfect credit and they made over 20K off of me. They also made me come in four different times after I had the car and changed the lease and made the monthly payment higher made over 20K off of me. In Las Vegas, regrettably, we only have two Desert BMW dealerships from which to choose. No competition! It's like trying to pick which pig stinks the least. The culture at BMW of Las Vegas is sooooo a dealerships from which to choose. No competition! It's like trying to pick which pig stinks the least. The culture at BMW of Las Vegas is sooooo anti customer service that it has to be established from the top levels of the company and imported down to the employees to be so atrocious. The constant mantra is the customer is always wrong and the dealership can do nothing wrong and, therefore, takes no responsibility for any problem the client may have. I am sure this is s very liberating concept for the type of individual they recruit and hire in this company. The DMV is must lose many good workers to BMW of Las Vegas daily. I've had a constant and recurring problem with my car for over a year. BMW of Las Vegas has been tacitly unable to fix it but completely capable of telling me why it is my fault that it keeps breaking. You get to the point where you just stare at your service manager with a open mouth in wonder at their level of incompetence and rudeness. During the last attempt. I was told that my problem was the way I drove the car. Having reached my boiling point, I began to fill out a piece of paper stating that BMW's could not be driven normally and were extremely fragile vehicles that cannot take regular daily driving conditions. i asked the service director and my service manager to sign it but they, of course refused. So, working with that refusal, I asked if either of them would then stipulate that this might be a real problem that (just maybe) might not be my fault and actually needs correcting. Blank stare back at me as the concept of customer relations is so absolutely foreign to this company. Long story short, my car, after "fixing", was delivered back to me EMPTY of gas in BMW of Las Vegas's attempt to move firmly back into the crap service arena in which they are so comfortable. When I brought the sorry state of my gas level to the service manager's attention, I was told that "fixing" my car required them to drive it and that it is my responsibility to make sure enough gas is in the tank for that purpose AND that it is not their resposibility to add gas to my car. Of course you have to make sure you fill up "their" loaner car or you will be charged a $5.00/gal fuel charge. PHEW! I was scared they might actually step up to the plate on that one but, thankfully, they sucked as always thereby saving me the astonishment of good client services. Thanks BMW of Las Vegas! If you, the reader, wonders if I contacted BMW North America to complain...the answer is yes and they can do nothing though they will stay on the phone and offer you numerous platitudes of exactly how sorry they they are about your troubles. Gee...THANKS! Looks like an Audi is in my future...real soon! More
