This is the second car I have purchased from an AutoNation dealer, and it will definitely not be my last. I went in for service and ended up paying $999. 91 for a $225.00 battery, after they added on charges for diagnosis, registration of the battery, and test driving the car. No, really, these were act 91 for a $225.00 battery, after they added on charges for diagnosis, registration of the battery, and test driving the car. No, really, these were actual charges that Joe Monaco, Assistant Service Manager presented me with. I think they kind of make stuff up as they go. The bottom line is if you have other options, go somewhere else. More

The service was good and fast. Lexus was very helpful and nice. I love the videos you send every time of my car. Idk if you always give cars back like that but you should consider changing that and bring back a clean car like in another dealers. More
