The service department has been top notch with the many repairs I have done over the last couple years on 2 BMWs, 2017 530i and 2019 X3. I'm thinking of trading in the 2017 for either a Porsche Cayenne or BMW X5. The with outstand service I've received, I'm leaning towards the BMW X5. Thank you BMW Sahara. More

I now own my second and last BMW. I will never again buy a BMW in the United States. I believe at least the BMW shops at West Sahara Ave and the one in Henderson Nevada are infested w I will never again buy a BMW in the United States. I believe at least the BMW shops at West Sahara Ave and the one in Henderson Nevada are infested with either incompetent mechanics or very dishonest people. Every time I take my car to a BMW dealer for repair they overcharge, fixed one thing and damage another. They are either incompetent and very sloppy with their work or very dishonest people. My last experience with the West Sahara BMW dealership has been the most regrettable. My car was taken there for a front bumper replacement now I have several other issues with my car due to the sloppy work that was done in it. It really is a disgrace. More

I have to admit, given my first dealership experience being a complete and utter dislike. BMW of Las Vegas not only made the process of new ownership a true breeze but also made me feel truly like family being a complete and utter dislike. Most would say it is a hassle to negotiate a price that works for you but I beg to differ. My previous vehicle was considered a “total loss” and had no idea what was next. From the moment I walked in I witnessed a mutual respect amongst sales not to take from one another to days after my purchase where my opinion has and is still valued by all levels of staff. I didn’t like the way I was treated this time of the purchase of my new vehicle. I did not like the way the manager snuck in low mileage for my lease and I said it was only referred to keep the car pric purchase of my new vehicle.
