Disgusting service advisor Deandre. Trying to overcharge me for an alternator replacement. I own a shop and I know the labor is about 3.6-4 hours and Deandre told me it was 6 hours labo Trying to overcharge me for an alternator replacement. I own a shop and I know the labor is about 3.6-4 hours and Deandre told me it was 6 hours labor and $2800 for an alternator replacement? Never would I pay that. Especially using Mitchell 1 and all data to know what the job pays. Disgusting. More
