Although I was upset that BMW no longer offers loaner vehicles or two-way shuttle service when servicing a vehicle, my service advisor Joe Monaco, made up for this and one’s usual angst dealing with serv vehicles or two-way shuttle service when servicing a vehicle, my service advisor Joe Monaco, made up for this and one’s usual angst dealing with service/repairs. My service advisor, Frank, was very helpful in guiding to needed repairs and other repairs that weren't as critical for this visit. I have a 335is with nearly 200,000 miles.
