BMW Las Vegas was very courteous. Lexis was extremely helpful with constant updates and keeping me informed of when the parts were arriving and when I could pick up the car. My wife’s lease (3rd consecutive) was expiring this month. So, I visited this site to look for a salesperson with high praise from previous customers and that’s how I found Steve Broka. I immediately called BMW of Las Vegas and asked for Steve, he was pleasant and professional on the phone and we scheduled an appointment for the following afternoon. It wasn’t long after our arrival and getting to know Steve that my wife and I both knew we were with the right salesman for us. He was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and most importantly a professional. My wife later told me that she felt as though Steve was the extreme opposite of a high pressure type of salesman, which I think we’ve all encountered at some point. His calm demeanor and professionalism made this experience worthy of 5 Stars. Thank you, Steve. In addition, my wife drove away in a 2023 BMW 430i Coupe. “Happy Wife, Happy Life.” This makes her 4th consecutive 3 year lease with BMW. Needless to say, we are huge fans of the BMW product and we’re now also huge fans of Steve Broka. I highly recommend that you call or visit Steve. More
I first want to say that Tyler was the person I dealt with in the service department when my BMW X6 needed repairs from an accident. The at-fault parties insurance company lacked communication skills as with in the service department when my BMW X6 needed repairs from an accident. The at-fault parties insurance company lacked communication skills as well customer service when it came to keeping me in the know once my car arrived to the service center. What should have taken maybe 2wks, took for repair took 2 months. I’m so grateful to have had Tyler as my service center technician because he kept me in the loop and aware of everything that was going on. He is the number one reason I will continue to come here!! I can’t thank him enough!! A++++++ for Tyler and the excellent experience I had with him!!! More

Our dealer was attentive and knowledgeable. It was our first time purchasing out of state and online. We're very pleased with our purchase.
