I love my BMW and it’s a safe car, and a reliable vehicle. Very happy with Sahara BMW and would highly recommend. More

The entire team at BMW of Las Vegas was great to deal with. There wasn't of the typical pushy sales person, or trying to talk me into something. We came to purchase a car and after looking around my girlfriend found a car she liked on the showroom floor. She was excited about that. We negotiated a satisfactory deal we left a sizable down payment girlfriend found a car she liked on the showroom floor. She was excited about that. We negotiated a satisfactory deal we left a sizable down payment and were to pick up the car the following evening. We wanted to get out of there without the traditional wait for hours scenerio. Being a cash deal paperwork is minimized, during the day I brought the proof of insurance to the dealership early in the day again to keep the wait to a minimum. I also noticed the car hadn’t even been moved out of the showroom at 2 pm when we’re supposed to pic the car up at 6pm. I go home my girlfriend and myself Uber to the dealership. We arrive just before 6 cashiers check in hand hoping to be out rolling by 7-7:30. We waited until after 8pm to meet a finance guy trying to sell us aftermarket items we had zero interest in. After his many attempts to convince us to buy his final comment was something to the effect he wasn’t making any money. Personally that is nothing I need to hear he became a bit pompous and rude. Our salesman was very nice however his product knowledge was lacking severely to be delivering automobiles like new BMW’s. I’m not excited about how we were shoved aim someone else’s schedule sand we waited for him to listen to him belittle or shame up into buying his stuff on his time. I could have done without all that. Being in a similar environment for nearly 40 years these folks need to get back to the basics and remember who pays them. I walked out very irritated with the way we were treated though the delivery and final paperwork. We will think twice before coming there to make another purchase. That’s really unfortunate as we had seen a car I was very interested in. So we’ll see. Steven Rademacher Las Vegas 702.886.7007 More
