D’Andre is always great with me, giving me good advice without trying to sell me anything. Took very good care of me, contacting me when a part had to be ordered to make sure I was OK with waiting and wa without trying to sell me anything. I went to see Carlos Castro, my service manager and was very happy with his care of my car. I was notified by my car app that my brake fluid needed changing. When I went in, Carlos not only took care of my very happy with his care of my car. I was notified by my car app that my brake fluid needed changing. When I went in, Carlos not only took care of my brakes, but did a multipoint inspection, changed my windshield wipers and checked my oil filter. This saved me several trips to the service department for the next several months. Awesome job, Carlos!!! I appreciate that Carlos takes the time to take care of my car and is great at answering all of my questions. It awesome to have someone I can trust working in the service department. More
