I’m very happy with my purchase of Mercedes’ GLE450 coupe! I love the way it drives. This is my first experience with BMW and compared to other dealerships, they went above and beyond during the proces coupe! I love the way it drives. This is my first experience with BMW and compared to other dealerships, they went above and beyond during the process before and after the purchase to make sure I was happy. They put brand new tires on the vehicle and the ride is very smooth. Randall was the salesperson that helped button everything up prior to the purchase. I had to come back to get the SOS button fixed and they scheduled right away with the service department that was covered under warranty. Justin and Frank were both very helpful taking care of that. Only thing I was bummed about was my front camera lens cover is somehow cracked already with no surrounding damage that is not covered under warranty. More
Service was excellent & Marcus Lianes was professional & and kind. Service done was in the time estimated. Waiting room was clean & comfortable. Only problem I had was regarding the shuttle. My Alpina needed some immediate service as we had a coolant problem. The service coordinator jumped on it and got the vehicle in the next morning. It was handled professionally and efficiently.
