I walk into this dealer to finance my end of lease. Mr. Ziegenbeine told me ALL BMW’s would not help me in any way on deals regarding financing and they were simply there to help transition from a leas Mr. Ziegenbeine told me ALL BMW’s would not help me in any way on deals regarding financing and they were simply there to help transition from a lease to a finance. I asked for assistance in covering the final lease payment, an oil change, and the dealer covering the disposition fee, while offering $5,000 as down payment. I was told no on ever request and no attempt was made to negotiate or barter. Due to Mr. Ziegenbeine’s demeanor and speaking to me like I was a child, a burden, and a waste of his time, I followed up with the original dealership that I received the vehicle from on a lease. They acknowledged the last payment could not be covered. However, they agreed to do a FREE CPO inspection (which would give me a free year of warranty), cover oil changes for the next few services (which BMW of LV refused to even do one), and also said the disposition fee, which I was told I maybe responsible for, was complete BS and not applicable to me, regardless of switching financial institutions, which was used as the excuse. They also told me since the lease was being paid off early I have a credit towards my account, which BMW LV failed to let me know. Don’t go to this dealership or the one in Henderson. Go to California or out of state where there are multiple dealers that are not owned by the same person. Think about, I went all the way to NEW JERSEY because of how ridiculous this dealership is. Below was my first experience here with trying to lease a car: 3 years ago I walked into this dealership. Living in Las Vegas, they offer me a 530i. Being a USAA member, the bank offers to take off $2,000 off sticker price. I was told all $2,000 could not be applied and only $1,000 was taken off. Not making sense, since it would be my bank giving the dealer $2,000, I saw this as a red flag. Long story short, they wanted $4,000 down, 615 a month for a 530. Luckily, family came into play and knew of a better deal, where I got a 540 xDrive, for less money down and the same monthly payment. I took this deal and received it from a dealership ALL THE WAY IN NEW JERSEY. More
