I took my car in for a new battery and also an appraisal as I will be selling it soon. Since this dealership didn’t have many BMWs for sale on its lot I figured they would want my BMW. After I got my car ba as I will be selling it soon. Since this dealership didn’t have many BMWs for sale on its lot I figured they would want my BMW. After I got my car back I was told it was in good shape and I should be hearing back from the sales department with an estimate/appraisal within a day or two. I waited over a week with no one reaching out so I called and was told by sales that there was no record of my car being appraised (I purchase the car new from this same dealership) and that I would need to bring my car back in again to get appraised. I told them ‘no’ because I had already spent an entire day without a car recently with no appraisal. It looks like CarMax for me! More
