Went in for an oil change and was told there was an oil leak from oil filter gasket and valve cover and was going to cost $4000. There was no signs of any problem. Took it to an independent shop and was to leak from oil filter gasket and valve cover and was going to cost $4000. There was no signs of any problem. Took it to an independent shop and was told there was no leak and that it was due to steam around the engine which was normal in all cars. Will be taking my service somewhere else. Every time they will find something else wrong with your car to make money off of you, even when there’s none. More

The Worst Customer Service I have ever encountered. I did not buy a car from this dealership so I cannot comment on the sales staff, but I did bring my BMW x5 SUV in for repairs this month. I suggest y I did not buy a car from this dealership so I cannot comment on the sales staff, but I did bring my BMW x5 SUV in for repairs this month. I suggest you never utilize the repair services at this dealership. Jessica my repair coordinator was dishonest, disrespectful and just plain rude. She actually called my husband an "xxxxxxx" and from the reviews I later read this was no new behavior for her. My oil pan gasket repair ended up costing 5 times the average rate. Even for a dealership repair that was a hefty total. To date, the repairs seem to be good. I am not holding my breath. Read the reviews for BMW of Omaha and be smarter about your choice than I was. Great service Very accommodating service. I live about 90 miles away from the dealership. This time of year it is difficult to leave the office during the week, s Very accommodating service. I live about 90 miles away from the dealership. This time of year it is difficult to leave the office during the week, so I asked if they could perform the needed services on my BMW on a Saturday. I spoke with Jessica and she took care of my requests. I arrived Saturday morning and Julia was the service adviser on duty. She checked my vehicle in quickly and allowed me to continue on my day. They completed the service in a timely manner and Julia updated me immediately when it was done so that I could get home. I would recommend their entire dealership to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle like a BMW or Mercedes. I purchased my X5 at this dealership and I am sure I will be looking in the future at this dealership. More
Hector Marino - Finance Manager is Irresponsible and did not take pride in his word. He did not do what he said he would do and lied to get out of the trouble. I bought a Used car from BMW. Hector took my not take pride in his word. He did not do what he said he would do and lied to get out of the trouble. I bought a Used car from BMW. Hector took my down payment and gave me the title to sign and told me that the title will be sent to the Dmv within 30 days. 2 days before the expired day. I went to the dmv and waited in line for over an hour and then the clerk told me that there was no title sent to them. I had to go all the way to the dealership to get the title and went back to the Dmv. I waited in line for another hour again to find out that the title system was down that evening plus the clerk told me the Sale tax amount was not correct because the tire fee should not be on there. I gave her the cashier check and she would not take it so I had to go back to the bank and cash it out. I gave Hector the sale tax form and he said everything was correct and he would not fix it for me. I spent a whole day and I got nothing done that day, waste of my time to go back and forth from the DMW to the bank and to the dealership. I talked to the used car manager about the issue, he asked Hector, Hector said he told me to take the title but I did not take it ( that is a lie). Then I talked to Hector he said he did not do my paper work so he did not know the whole story, not a single appology word from him. I request to get my document fee back, he denied it. A couple days after I take my car home, there was some issue with the car, the used manager told me that the service department will call me to take my car in,they never call me, when I called them directly, noone pickup and did not bother to call me back. I will not go back and I will not recommend to do business with them especially Hector. More
Frustrating to say the least Dealer said they would do things and then didn't during my sale process. Car detail department was a lackluster mess with trash still under the seats Dealer said they would do things and then didn't during my sale process. Car detail department was a lackluster mess with trash still under the seats, overall interior job very poor, exterior washed but did nothing to really make the car show room quality. Asked for touch up and was denied, even at a discount. Overall I will not being going back for service or sales. Disappointed in a Berkshire owned dealer. More
