I was purchasing from out of state, found the exact vehicle I wanted at the right price, and my salesman Kevin was great. He was attentive and went above and beyond, even sending me screenshots of the vehicle's full service history to put my mind at ease. Brian in finance was equally great, very straightforward about the extended warranties and he even overnighted my paperwork to get everything finalized quickly. Up until that point I had nothing but good things to say. That all changed once my down payment went through. I arranged my own auto transport to have the vehicle shipped to me. When my driver showed up to the dealership for pickup, he did his standard pre-transport inspection and found damage that nobody had ever mentioned to me. Not once during the entire sales process. It wasn't in any of the listing photos and it wasn't on the CarFax. The salesman on site reviewed the findings and signed off on the damage report before the car was loaded onto the truck. The vehicle arrived to me with mild hail damage and significant paint and door damage on the passenger side, all of which was known by the dealership and never disclosed to me as the buyer. It has now been 3.5 weeks and I have called the dealership every single day since. I've left voicemails for both sales managers Eric Marbley and Josh Lynn, as well as Kevin and Brian, and I have not received a single call back. Not one. Complete radio silence from everyone involved in my sale. This isn't just a lesson about not buying a car without seeing it in person. Plenty of people buy remotely without getting burned like this. This is about a dealership that knowingly sold a damaged vehicle without disclosing it and then went completely silent the moment the deal was done. That says everything about the kind of business they run. More

Just bought my first BMW and the staff did not disappoint! I had a great experience at BMW of Little Rock. I really can’t say enough great things. My sales person (Saif) was very knowledgeable, ni disappoint! I had a great experience at BMW of Little Rock. I really can’t say enough great things. My sales person (Saif) was very knowledgeable, nice and professional. Saif patiently answered all my questions, both via phone before I went in to the dealership and after I arrived. It was a quick, smooth, low stress experience. My finance manager (Joseph) also made things as easy as possible on that side of the deal. Joseph also knows his stuff. So far, I am very pleased and impressed with BMW of Little Rock. Thanks again Saif and Joseph! More

I recently reported issues with sound quality on the vehicle to the service department that I was having and showed them evidence that this was a wide spread problem on this year model. The service department did absolutely nothing to diagnose or solve my problem outside of running cursory diagnostics and asking a field engineer about the issue. Everyone says the problem is a functional limitation of the system. However, working with other owners with previous year models, this functional limitation doesn’t exist and I have provided evidence of that. Still, I was directed to corporate who just directed me back to service at my local dealer. Do not buy a BMW. They do not stand behind their product. Furthermore, this has been the worst customer experience from a brand that supposedly is big on the experience! Go buy a Hyundai and be treated better and save yourself a ton of money. More

It was great working with Natalie, Tara, and Justin. Natalie stepped me through the details of my internet purchase and provided a nice video walkabout of my new 330e prior to my purchase. Tara got me u Natalie stepped me through the details of my internet purchase and provided a nice video walkabout of my new 330e prior to my purchase. Tara got me up to speed on the various controls and the car in general. Finally, Justin made sure we got all the financial details correct and presented some interesting extended warranty options (still considering those). Very nice people and a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend BMW of Little Rock, especially for an internet purchase. The airport, hotel (Holiday Inn), dealership, and interstate are all literally within minutes of each other. So it's incredibly easy to fly in and drive out. Of course, you can also have your car delivered if desired. More

Extremely exaggerated prices I owned a BMWs for more than 10 years. I always used BMW dealerships service until we moved to Little Rock. This dealership service although good and I owned a BMWs for more than 10 years. I always used BMW dealerships service until we moved to Little Rock. This dealership service although good and friendly, it’s extremely expensive. A change of an x3 battery average anywhere else is $300, in Little Rock is $530... close to 300 just in labor. I used other dealerships of other brands just to keep servicing my car. I will never buy a BMW again while I am in Little Rock, very sad to have such a greedy dealership. More
