What - no air! I had my air set on 66 degrees and for the life of me, no cold air. Usually at that temperature it is always cold. I had Dylan take a peek at it and I had my air set on 66 degrees and for the life of me, no cold air. Usually at that temperature it is always cold. I had Dylan take a peek at it and he realized the little heat/air wheel was turned to the heat side. Wow, talk about feeling stupid when he told me that!. The good news, I now have cold air again! Thanks Dylan, You Rock! (and thanks for not laughing too hard) More

I pulled into the service lane to awa A perfect example of my BMW of Little Rock experienc was at my 12:15pm appointment on Saturday, September 15th. I pulled into the service lane to await my turn. Suddenly, here comes Dylan! Once I saw Dylan, I knew that I was in good hands. While my vehicle was having basic maintenance, Dylan searched for a net of tires that would meet my request of performing well in conditions. After much research, Dylan called to let me know brand would make the most since. BridgeStone run (flats) - I picked up the vehicle and discovered it runs much now The common theme with Dylan and the BMW of Little Rock Team is a high level of client service. Thanks Team!!!! More

Excellent Service and Overall Ownership Experience Every time I visit BMW of Little Rock it feels like family. Dylan sent me off in a loaner while my car was being serviced. The service was completed i Every time I visit BMW of Little Rock it feels like family. Dylan sent me off in a loaner while my car was being serviced. The service was completed in a timely fashion and when I returned Rob (my sales rep) was sitting on a bench next to the service drive. I parked the loaner right there, and got out to visit with Rob as I haven't seen him in several months. We were just shooting the breeze and Dylan magically pulled my car in front of the bench and joined us for our discussions on the bench. This is the ONLY dealer I have ever encountered where I actually look forward to interacting with ALL of the personnel there. Every visit and experience has been nothing but a joy. And of course, the service was performed flawlessly with nary a finger print, smudge, or speck of dirt left behind from the work. More
