BMW of Little Rock I called my Service Advisor, Antywon Hampton on a Friday, in order to make an appointment for my routine service contract, on a Friday, he was able to I called my Service Advisor, Antywon Hampton on a Friday, in order to make an appointment for my routine service contract, on a Friday, he was able to schedule me for the following Monday. Oil and oil filter changed, as well as brake fluid replacement, and brake fluid flush. All fluid levels checked, and replaced if necessary, tires inspected, air pressures adjusted. My appointment was for 0945, included with the above, was a car wash/vacuum, I was on the road at 1050!! Excellent service, with hot drinks and pastries included. Thank you Antywon! More

Oil change Typically, I reciecve A-1 service, but on Saturday it was not so. Jack Tester is my guy and he was absent. I brought my car for an oil change, and it Typically, I reciecve A-1 service, but on Saturday it was not so. Jack Tester is my guy and he was absent. I brought my car for an oil change, and it took over an hour and half (usually lessr) and they returned my car without washing or vacuuming. Thought these were complimentary with an oil change. I addressed it and then they drove it thru the car wash. My car was Returned without being vacuumed. Maybe they were understaffed but I thanked the team anyhow and left. More

They keep my car running and looking as if it were new, and I cannot recall ever having a negative issue in my 20+ year relationship with them. In short, I can’t recommend them more highly. More
