Great experience, thank you Michael Had gotten cold feet on a used X1 I was about to buy elsewhere. I logged on to the BMW of Little Rock website and found a new one just like it. Michae Had gotten cold feet on a used X1 I was about to buy elsewhere. I logged on to the BMW of Little Rock website and found a new one just like it. Michael checked on it for me and turns out it had been sold. Out vehicle preferences were very specific and no other unit in stock would work. Michael was able to locate just the right one at another dealership and secured it for us. The new X1 exceeded expectations as did the service and the deal. Thanks Michael and your team. New Purchase The overall transaction of dealing with everyone at this location was an overall great experience. The salesman, Michael was just AMAZING and went out of his way to earn our business. The only real thing that we had an issue with was the paperwork. We had the deal worked out and had all the numbers settled on etc., before I arrived to test drive and sign the documents. I arrived about 4:30pm, test drove and decided this was the car and I was ready to move along to financing, or so I thought. I spent 2 hours in the finance office with Tonya. This was unacceptable, especially since they had everything worked out the day before regarding finance, etc. This process should have and could have been done in 30 minutes, but it took 2 hours. I felt as if she dropped the ball. She was too interested in being defensive or simply gossiping rather than making sure the numbers were correct on the financial forms to which were agreed upon the day before. Since I am a loan officer myself, I thought that her professionalism was lacking and she should be reviewed by her management. More

Service review I was not really greeted when i arrived. When I arrived I handed the lady my service clinic invite and nothing was really explained to me. I was just I was not really greeted when i arrived. When I arrived I handed the lady my service clinic invite and nothing was really explained to me. I was just told I didn’t have the number which confused me (since I didn t know what that meant or that there was a winning number involved). I dropped my car off at 1:00 and around 4:30-5 I had to call and check on My car which was then told it was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car nothing was explained as far as my car check went. I guess I just assume everything was ok but it would have been nice to be told we checked xy and z and everything looked good. They just told me what I owed and I was out of there. If I’m going to bring my car in for a service check then I expect to be given an update of some sort. Maybe I didn’t actually get a service check. It could be easy to assume that. More
