Service Dept I was in LR from out of town and my check engine light came on. Service dept got it in right away and diagnosed the issue. The fix was going to take I was in LR from out of town and my check engine light came on. Service dept got it in right away and diagnosed the issue. The fix was going to take 2 hours and I needed to be at the VA to take care of my ill father. Dylan was so nice and understanding. He arranged for a ride for me to and from the VA. Jeremy, the driver, was so nice. He really enjoys his job and put me at such ease. I was well taken care of and they both took the stress out of the situation for me. Above and Beyond I was utilizing a car buying service to find my 4-series. Minutes (yes minutes) after I requested information online about the car I was looking for, I was utilizing a car buying service to find my 4-series. Customer service was superior. I made my purchase the same day. To take it a step further, Tamika, Tarik and Tonya stayed at the dealership past closing hours just so I could travel and pickup my car. I wish I lived closer so I could have all of my service there.
