Though I have always admired BMWs, I had enjoyed my Lexus for 14 years!! Needless to say, I was concerned about making a good decision. Forrtunately, Terence walked out to greet me (the exact salesman I needed) He was very easy to talk with, very knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly not a “pushy” salesman.. He answered questions freely and when Terence invited me to call with questions, I believed he meant it. I spent several hours with him and left with a brand new vehicle. The genius appointment, scheduled later, was very useful for a new BMW owner. I have not regretted my decision. More
