Service sucks First day- took car out 8::30 for what they said was a 3 hour job. Late afternoon, no call so I called them. Not ready. Yes it's ready. Would it be asking too much for them to communicate with the customer? More
Disappointing Shaun in sales and Dillon in service are superb. However - management and other sales reps are not responsive - will not buy there again. Bought a 7 Series there in late Mar. of 17 and I' m soon to trade it and buy a Lexus at Sewell in Dallas where I've bought 4 cars - Lexus' service is impeccable and far superior to BMW Little Rock. Very Helpful I went in because I had changed my headlights but couldn't get the assembly back together. I was worried they would charge me a few hundred bucks or s I went in because I had changed my headlights but couldn't get the assembly back together. I was worried they would charge me a few hundred bucks or something silly for a little bit of work. When I told them what happened, they immediately went out, popped the hood, and put it back together. It took them only 5 minutes, but they didn't charge me a cent and had me on my way immediately. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've been to this place (new to town) but they were great each time. I'll be back. More
