I have purchased 5 BMW autos since 1990 and have loved each and every one of them. The majority were bought as certified preowned vehicles which, in my opinion, allows many to experience the thrill of 't each and every one of them. While service could be an often unpleasant experience, this won't happen at Swope due to manager, Michael Brown. I've dealt with Michael many times and he is such a fine gentleman and friend. He cares about your vehicle and he cares about his customers. On my recent visit as Michael and I visited, I told him of my recent kidney disease diagnosis. That morning Jeff Byrn answered the phone, he assist me through out the day, keeping me informed and helping me to get my vehicle repairs expedited so I was not without a vechile the entire weekend.
