Mic was exceptional, I really appreciate his honesty and having a good chat. My only negative is that I arrived early at 10.30 for a 11am oil change and was told 90 minutes but could save 20 minutes if having a good chat. My only negative is that I arrived early at 10.30 for a 11am oil change and was told 90 minutes but could save 20 minutes if I elected not to have a courtesy car wash. I didn't leave until close to 2pm due to them losing power in the shop so no fault of anyones but I was more than a little frustrated and a $439 bill to boot after I was advised a rotation and brake fluid flush was required. I thought some sort of discount such as no charge for one of the services provided would have been appropriate for the delay. Again nothing against you Mic, stuff happens but that's my honest review based on other car brands I've had and dealerships I’ve been at. Mic did reach out to check I was satisfied and I said the same thing to him as I have here. He did reply and said that he would try to help me out on my next visit but to be honest that’s another year to 18 months away……….. More
