I worked primarily with Taylor and Justin in sales, who collaborated seamlessly throughout the process. Russ handled the financing and paperwork with professionalism and efficiency. During my visit, I also had the opportunity to meet sales managers Peter and Hanna, along with several other team members. Without exception, everyone I encountered was friendly, warm, and welcoming. The entire staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and product knowledge. The team at BMW of Lynnwood is truly top notch. More

My car took almost a month to diagnose and repair. When I called to make an appointment for my car, the scheduler said they have openings every 15 minutes on that day and I took one of the time thinki When I called to make an appointment for my car, the scheduler said they have openings every 15 minutes on that day and I took one of the time thinking my car will get looked at at least in the same day if not on time. When I walked there, the service department Mark told me that he has never heard off my warranty means they are not contracted he explained. Then I had to call the warranty my self and also the Seattle BMW where I got my car from. They both explain to me how it works and the process. Then I went back to Mark told him what they told me, then he said but yours is not covered because your car is at 85000miles and it covers up to 65000mile. I don’t know where he got 85000 miles from, that is not true. I went there 3 times in person as they don’t answer calls. I felt like Mark did not want to take my car. I didn’t see him again thank God, he is unfriendly, unhappy looking and easily irritated. Then they told me my service supervisor is Dakota, nice to talk to but every time I called to hear the status on my car, I would leave a message, I don’t get a call back. I had to go in person then he gave me his cellphone and assured me he would get my calls and he will respond. That wasn’t true, he doesn’t answer his calls and his voice mail was full couldn’t even leave a message. They took about a week to diagnose, another week to submit to my warranty and another’s week to repair. All in all took 25days. Throughout this time, they wouldn’t give me a curtesy/ loaner car. The worst experience I had at Lynnwood BMW, I wouldn’t recommend people to go there. More

The new dealership is really good and customer service is good. The only issue I had because of low loaner car inventory, I had to reserve and cancel two or three appointments because of low loaner car inven good.
