I was checked in promptly and listened to. They took care of my obvious problem. Expanded the service to incorporate a second service I was told by phone could Only be performed at a second se They took care of my obvious problem. Expanded the service to incorporate a second service I was told by phone could Only be performed at a second service event I scheduled for later that week. And when the service technician evaluated my battery & charging system, he said it was only low from lack of use, has a lot of life remaining. They did not take advantage of us and try to up-sell us a New Battery. We got a discount too. The service center and the dealership are clean and friendly. My car was turned back to me vacuumed and Ready to go before the estimated time. Very Nice. We will definitely be going back there for our BMW services. And our next car. More
