Shady Finance manager. We new of special APR rate from BMW. He insisted there was none. We bought the car and left. Living out of state we knew we could not go back any time We new of special APR rate from BMW. He insisted there was none. We bought the car and left. Living out of state we knew we could not go back any time soon. We called BMW and YES, there was a cheaper % rate. We called the dealer and finance guy multiple times. Told BMW to call them. Alas.
