Red Carpet Experience with Curtis Harris When I first called Curtis Harris at BMW of Macon to tell him I was ready to make another BMW purchase, he immediately went to work on finding a vehic When I first called Curtis Harris at BMW of Macon to tell him I was ready to make another BMW purchase, he immediately went to work on finding a vehicle that would be most suitable to my needs. As most people know, the car buying process can be grueling and downright stressful! For years Curtis has had a reputation for outstanding service, honesty, and integrity, so I knew I could trust him. Because I relocated to another city, my first BMW purchase was at a different dealership, and it WAS NOT a pleasant experience. The wait was 7 hours and the finance department did very little to ease my concerns as a first-time female BMW buyer. THIS time around, I did not care about the distance, I needed to work with someone I trusted. Curtis was my guy, my entire process was complete in a little over an hour, and this included finding a model that was in my price range. He explained the maintenance requirements questions that I had for each vehicle I was considering, and thoroughly explained all the possible scenarios I asked about. As a testimony to Curtis’ character, earlier this year, my mother had her mind MADE UP on purchasing a BMW from a personal buyer. As she explained the deal to me, I did not feel comfortable having her make such a large purchase alone. I called Curtis on a SUNDAY evening and asked if he could go with her to make sure she was making the right decision. Curtis stopped what he was doing, drove 30 minutes to pick up my mother (she was going to make the purchase that day) and he went with her just to look over the car. Turns out seller was trying to sell my mother that car 25,000 over market value!!! Curtis Harris kept my mother from making a very expensive mistake. Her presented the option of coming to the dealership to make a purchase if she really wanted that model, but never pushed. I am forever grateful for Curtis for what he did that day for my mother. With all of that being said, I was very comfortable with making my second BMW purchase with Curtis over the phone. He delivered my 2019 BMW purchase to my job (over an hour away) and picked up my trade the very next day. Being a BMW expert is never about just sealing a deal with Curtis, he cares about each of his customers, and their families. Curtis is a family man and therefore he treats all his customers like family. I could go on and on about my red-carpet experience with Curtis Harris at BMW of Macon, but I won't (anymore), his reputation speaks for itself! More

Professional experience Only one issue - Tech did not reset service indicators which required a return trip to service center. I returned to service center and problem was immediately resolved. More
