Awesome service! Sheila Meadows in the service department is the bomb!!! My first time for service here and she went out of her way to give me fantastic service to in Sheila Meadows in the service department is the bomb!!! My first time for service here and she went out of her way to give me fantastic service to include estimates for some issues AND pointing out that I had a bad tire that needed replacement. She even talked to the service personnel to get their thoughts on a few questions I gad about service for certain things. And they were kind enough to give me a ride home. 5 year warranty Purchased a 2013 BMW X3 with extended warranty. I was told that we had nothing to worry about for 5 years except tires and brakes. We recently had an Purchased a 2013 BMW X3 with extended warranty. I was told that we had nothing to worry about for 5 years except tires and brakes. We recently had an issue with the A/C and I was told that the warranty had expired, 3 years into it. I told them that as it was explained to me, I had 5 years from my purchase date. Turns out that the finance manager and salesman told me wrong. It is based on original purchase date or when it was first put into service. Not a good way to retain customers! More
