5 year warranty Purchased a 2013 BMW X3 with extended warranty. I was told that we had nothing to worry about for 5 years except tires and brakes. We recently had an Purchased a 2013 BMW X3 with extended warranty. I was told that we had nothing to worry about for 5 years except tires and brakes. We recently had an issue with the A/C and I was told that the warranty had expired, 3 years into it. I told them that as it was explained to me, I had 5 years from my purchase date. Turns out that the finance manager and salesman told me wrong. It is based on original purchase date or when it was first put into service. Not a good way to retain customers! More

Surprising not good I was not pleased with the young lady who greeted me. I do not know her name because she never told me her name . She was a heavy set tall white I was not pleased with the young lady who greeted me. I do not know her name because she never told me her name . She was a heavy set tall white young lady. She said I wasn't in the system. (that was no big deal because Shelly(who I like and respect immensely and who is great) told me that when I made the appointment. I said " I had bought several BMWs from here, I wonder why I'm not in the system". The girl replied "Just becasue you bought them from here doesn't mean you're in the system" She said it in a very nasty way. I walked away. I called to see if the vehicle was ready. They said yes. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the same heavy set girl did not acknowledge me when I walked in the bay, she was on her phone talking and laughing with a young white slim young man. No one acknowledge me initially. She said "well your car is ready but if you wait in our waiting area, I will get your paperwork out". I told her I cant wait, someone should have told me that because I am on limited time. She never said anything else because another very polite lady (she gave her name, but I forgot) with wavy brown hair came and handled it a bit more professionally. I have bought several BMWs. i will not allow myself to feel disrespected in any way. I bring my car back to this service because I like my salesman Curtis Harris. If it wasn't for him, I will take my car to Albany or Atlanta. I think Im going to do that anyway. D.L. Pratt-Everett More
