Check Engine light problem while 700 miles from home Many thanks for excellent service though I had no appointment and was over 700 miles away from home when my Check Engine light came on. While the online chat showed that a Sunday night drop off was available, I could not find a way to enter and do that. However, I did return early Monday morning, and was able to leave by 11:00 am with my car repaired and washed. Many thanks to Lindsay Segars and the Service Department for all of their help. I was able to make it to Jasper, Ga that afternoon to visit my cousin in hospice, and home to the DC area the following day with my car better than ever. Y'all were a true blessing. Many thanks! More
