Prior to going to the dealership, I was able to establish communications with Vanessa about the vehicle I was interested in and sent her a text when we were about 10 mins out. Upon arrival, they were pulling the car off of the showroom floor and Tory was ready to take us on a test drive. When we decided to make the purchase, the process was quick and simple. We were on our way back home within about 2hrs, which about 30 mins of that was random conversation. More
