This the worst BMW dealership. This must be a terrible place to work because the employees are ALWAYS rude and unpleasant. I called because I had a flat tire and was told to just come by they could get to me any time. I waited for quite some time and finally the employee rudely told me it would be awhile because they had to work me in. I finally borrowed a vehicle from a friend and went back to work. Also, back in December I called several times and even went to the Parts Department to get a light washer cover that was missing from my vehicle. At first the wrong part was ordered, then I was told I would get a call with the correct item. Never got that call. Finally after much to do yesterday I was able to get the part for my vehicle. On top of the consistent terrible customer service, the front of the dealership looks like a buy here pay here lot. Where are the BMWs?? It's an embarrassment for a BMW dealership. If I wanted some random Chevrolet or Kia - I would go to their dealership. It actually looks like they are going out of business. More

Tyler Hill was great . I was looking for a vehicle for my 16 year old daughter. He listened to my needs and found the vehicle that met those needs without trying to place . I was looking for a vehicle for my 16 year old daughter. He listened to my needs and found the vehicle that met those needs without trying to place me in one he already had in inventory. Additionally, because my daughter was 15 at the time of the purchase, I needed help getting both cars to the house. Tyler he helped by driving the vehicle to my house so I did not have to recruit someone to help me getting both vehicles to the house. Highly recommend Tyler and will call on him again when my son turns 16. More
