Recall work took too long I asked for a loaner car while my car was getting one airbag replaced due to recall. Dealer called me day before my appt and said it would take less I asked for a loaner car while my car was getting one airbag replaced due to recall. Dealer called me day before my appt and said it would take less than one hour and asked if I needed the loaner still. I was assured it would take less than one hour so agreed to not take loaner car. The recall repair work took over 2 hours to complete and I regretted not taking the loaner as I missed close to three hours of work and lost income doing so. More

Good Service but We were very happy with our expierence up until time to sign the paperwork - there was only one key to the vehicle we purchased and we were not offere We were very happy with our expierence up until time to sign the paperwork - there was only one key to the vehicle we purchased and we were not offered an additional one unless we paid for it. After leaving the dealership and thinking about it I was very diappointed that we would need to pay an additional few hundred dollars for another key. I would have thought the dealership would have offered to pay for an additional key but they did not. More
