Recall work took too long I asked for a loaner car while my car was getting one airbag replaced due to recall. Dealer called me day before my appt and said it would take less I asked for a loaner car while my car was getting one airbag replaced due to recall. Dealer called me day before my appt and said it would take less than one hour and asked if I needed the loaner still. I was assured it would take less than one hour so agreed to not take loaner car. The recall repair work took over 2 hours to complete and I regretted not taking the loaner as I missed close to three hours of work and lost income doing so. More

BMW Service Experience It always takes 2-4 weeks or longer to get an appointment to take my vehicles in for service since I need a loaner vehicle and they do not seem to hav It always takes 2-4 weeks or longer to get an appointment to take my vehicles in for service since I need a loaner vehicle and they do not seem to have one available. I will most likely not buy another BMW when I trade this one in as a result of this. Employees are always friendly but getting my vehicle in for service is beyond exasperating. More
