I waited approximately 2 hours for all repairs to be done which was expected. My major issue was while I was waiting, no employees seemed happy to be there or cared about even offering a simple hello. In addition, the customer lounge was used more by the employees even the technicians than the actual customers waiting. Perhaps my expectations were too high since it was my first visit. More

He used his AAA membership to get car dropped at dealership Friday night and after a little searching the service dept found car Saturday morning and was able to diagnose the problem and establish a timeframe for repair. The service advisor was very helpful and expedited getting repair completed and giving me confidence that my son would be taken care of in my absence. I generally always feel that pricing is a little high with BMW dealers and this time was no different. However, receiving the professionalism and personal care for my child was more than worth the cost. Thanks for the care and confidence you gave me in a stressful situation of getting my son back in his vehicle with limited issues. More

4 hours for an oil change. No updates of vehicle status. Once the car was done it took another 45 min waiting to cash out. And people were rushing us to get the car on and extremely slow to get us out. The posters in the serive department show customers time is important but it definitely didnt not feel that way. There numorous amount of customer just waiting for there vehicle. When i looked in the garage there definitely enough mechanics working so i dont know why it took so long. Most oil change service is expected to be an hour or so but not my entire afternoon. If they told me that it would take 4 hours for my oil change i would have made other arrangements so that my family and I wouldn't have waiting there the whole time. More
