4 hours for an oil change. No updates of vehicle status. Once the car was done it took another 45 min waiting to cash out. And people were rushing us to get the car on and extremely slow to get us out. The posters in the serive department show customers time is important but it definitely didnt not feel that way. There numorous amount of customer just waiting for there vehicle. When i looked in the garage there definitely enough mechanics working so i dont know why it took so long. Most oil change service is expected to be an hour or so but not my entire afternoon. If they told me that it would take 4 hours for my oil change i would have made other arrangements so that my family and I wouldn't have waiting there the whole time. More

3 strikes! 1. June ‘18, recall fuel pump service stated fuel pump was replaced; the service tech checked, come to find out only the sensor and cable replaced. In 1. Invoice statement false/incorrect !!!! 2. 15% loyalty coupon useless!!!! I presented coupon online;I was told it had to be printed out. I’ve tried to use the coupon before to no avail. 3. 3rd time towing vehicle in for service. 3/18 Monday morning. Communicated & confirmed service via text Tues around 3:09., called Wednesday around 3:00 to check on car status- not ready, hadn’t started repairs! Due to miscommunication, tech apologizef. Serviced completed Thursday morning, the service tech was apologic offered to pick me up. It seems there is not enough staff to handle the volume of repairs. It’s the only dealership that’s close enough and no one else thats an authorized service station. More
