Best BMW dealership in Georgia I was searching for a cpo bmw to replace my totaled 2011 bmw 528i. Ramsey response time, attitude, professionalism and knowledge was hands down a 5. I had already visited four others dealers here in Atlanta but wasn’t sold yet on pulling the trigger. I had an appointment the same day I went online and was immediately contacted back by Ramsey needless to say I never made my previous appointment and decided to love forward with BMW of Macon. Excellent service I was greeted by Shelley when I arrived with a smile and an accommodating approach. She immediately reviewed my work order. I was informed of additional work in a timely manner. I waited for my vehicle in the customer lounge where I was comfortable using the WIFI while I enjoyed coffee, water and snacks. My car was returned to me clean and well serviced. I have no doubt that my request was handled in a timely manner as I would is the experience of all customers.
