2019 X3 Purchase We were disappointed, but understanding when we discovered that our previous sales rep, Bud Armstrong had retired. That being said, Mr. Phil Dean di We were disappointed, but understanding when we discovered that our previous sales rep, Bud Armstrong had retired. That being said, Mr. Phil Dean did an EXCELLENT job in taking care of our needs. He started by asking what features our current 2014 BMW X3 had and asking if we wanted more features, or about the same. We said the same. He then located a car on the lot that was comparable to our 2014, in a color schema that we liked. After test driving the car, we immediately agreed that we would like to purchase it. He then explained the different financing options, set us up with the finance office, had the car washed and filled with gas and had us on our way from start to finish in around two ours. The finance rep did a great job of explaining what each document was and offered us a number of options such as extended warranties, etc. The BMW Genius, Ajia, did a great job of familiarizing us with the features of our new car.Good job all around. More

Purch This is my first purchase with BMW of Macon. The experience from purchasing the car in August, up until servicing in January has been excellent! Purchasing was smooth and easy, and when it came time for my oil change, they called me a month ahead of time to remind me and schedule the appointment. I needed a little extra work done due to hitting a curb and damaging two wheels. They gave me a loaner car so I could continue my normal routine. Everyone was very friendly! And Sheila did a great job keeping me posted! Service was great! I would definitely recommend BMW of Macon. More
