Service at this location has always been great with the service advisors checking with us and making sure that we have what we need. We always ask that they at this location has always been great with the service advisors checking with us and making sure that we have what we need. We always ask that they provide us with a ride to and from the mall area across the street. This time, we requested a ride and was told to wait inside that she would have to locate someone to give us a ride over since we arrived right at the end of lunch. No one showed to give us that ride nor did someone from service check to see if someone had taken us. I'm thankful that we ate lunch before we arrived at the dealership! Almost 3 weeks waiting on repairs After almost three weeks of waiting, there was no repair completion date in sight until I called BMW NA to complain. I was told by my service rep at M After almost three weeks of waiting, there was no repair completion date in sight until I called BMW NA to complain. I was told by my service rep at Macon BMW they didn't have time to get to my 2015 M4 top repair because "waiters" (customers that come in and wait on their car to get done) get priority. He also told me one vehicle had been there three months and another car a year waiting to get repaired. How??? After repair and pickup, there was a strong odor of hydraulic fluid in the car. I'm guessing during the top repair, fluid from the cylinders was accidentally sprayed inside the car. Oil spray spots are visible on the back of drivers seat and on rear seats. And three of the four floor mats were accidentally left out of the vehicle. Those are supposed to be shipped to me. I am very disappointed with the various excuses I was told throughout the three weeks and the quality of the final product. More
