Ridiculous Experience First of all, the women out in the bay couldn't confirm my 0915 appointment. Basically, my oil change took almost five hours. There were only four other customers who were in the waiting room my entire stay so it wasn't busy at all. Then when I told them that I had to be at work at 1430, they skipped the car wash. So I'm headed to my job when I look down at the pocket in the driver's door when I notice that someone had been tampering with my pistol. I keep it wrapped in a microfiber cloth and after leaving the dealership, the cloth was removed and the gun was exposed. Seems like it's always something with these people and basically they charged me $438.45 for 7 quarts of oil and a filter, absolutely unsatisfactory. More

PCV valve recall and dirty loaner vehicle They could have done better. I was given a dirty loaner vehicle to drive while the PCV valve was replaced. I’m not accustomed to getting a dirty vehi They could have done better. I was given a dirty loaner vehicle to drive while the PCV valve was replaced. I’m not accustomed to getting a dirty vehicle from a place like BMW. This is particularly concerning since my husband has another make of vehicle and when he was given a loaner, it was spotless. Additionally, my left driver side door lock isn’t working. It was working when I brought it to BMW to replace the recalled PCV valve but ever since I picked it up from BMW, it hasn’t worked.
